A Bite of New York and Glimpse Into 2019's Culinary Trends - Right Here In Scottsdale!

Join the Phoenix Chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier International, in partnership with C-CAP Arizona, as we offer a unique educational opportunity to watch the live stream of the New York Les Dames d'Escoffier chapter's renowned annual event, The Next Big Bite - What We Will Cook, Eat, Drink and Crave in 2019.

The iPic Scottsdale theater is graciously donating the use of their uber lux facility for this event, and will host a reception afterwards, in their companion restaurant Tanzy. Celebrated Chef and Les Dame member Sherry Yard is both Chef and COO for iPic® Entertainment.   

The Next Big Bite features a stellar list of renowned food/beverage experts and trendsetters, beginning with Master of Ceremonies, Washington Post food & dining Editor Joe Yonan. Speakers include culinary luminaries like Carla Hall, Lettie Teague, Christina Tosi, Molly Yeh, Natalka Burian, Jacques Pepin and Dorie Greenspan.
