Jenna Leurquin

After double majoring in International business and Finance at Boise State University with a full golf scholarship, Jenna Leurquin completed both the culinary and pastry program at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. Following her training, Jenna Leurquin worked as a consultant for well-known restaurant and bakeries throughout Belgium and France. In 2016, Jenna was recruited as the head pastry chef for Silverleaf, a private country club in Scottsdale, AZ where she worked for two years before starting her own business in 2018. Jenna first started by sub renting a commercial kitchen in Old Town Scottsdale and selling her products at farmers markets and through her website platform focusing primarily on catering and wedding events. In March of 2019, Jenna Leurquin opened her first bakery and store front in Scottsdale, focusing on baking high end French pastries including pies, cakes, viennoiseries, breads, macarons, and wedding cakes. She also offers pastry classes where she gets to share her passion and have a good time. Jenna plans to open her second location at the heart of Phoenix in October 2019 where she will be offering her pastries and coffee and tea.
