Kim Silva

Originally from El Paso, TX, Kim moved to Arizona to attend Arizona State University. An internship at Fairytale Brownies led to the incredible opportunity to stay on and grow along with the company, which has now been her work-home since 1994. As Operations Team Leader, Kim oversees: Baking Production, Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance, New Product Development, Product Distribution, Human Resources, Facility Operations and more. She is a Certified Food Defense Coordinator and a ServSafe Certified Food Manager.

Kim is married to David Johnson, a Roswell, New Mexico native and well-known sommelier with deep ties to the Valley restaurant and wine scene.  They have an Old English Sheepdog named Winston, and a bird named Xochitl.
